DAVID’S STORY
I was born near Long Beach Ca to a working class family who showed me that hard work, dedication, and kindness was the only way to get ahead. Through the years I’ve worked to help hundreds of people realize the dream of homeownership in Palm Springs, and in doing so I’ve had my feet on the ground, listening to their concerns and excitement about their new home. Its time to connect the the business community and the local residents - its in everyone's interest!

We all want to see our city and its residents thrive in an environment of opportunity. Whether it's addressing the needs of the unhoused, the downtown business owners trying to stay competitive, or the vacationing visitors seeking memorable experiences, my goal is to look at the city holistically - finding solutions that work for everyone across all demographics, with an eye on both economic development and promoting humanity.
