David is a successful real estate professional of 27 years and an esteemed hotelier known for bringing his eclectic design style to all of Palm Springs, influencing the city from the north to the south since 2012. He’s been transforming the boutique hotel scene by overseeing and project managing many projects including The Trixie Motel, The Rendezvous, the Velvet Rope & many more. David has demonstrated a deep commitment to the community and its prosperity through his leadership, participation, and volunteering for many organizations that create our community. David is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, DBA, and Emerge, and has volunteered many hours to community events.
David loves being a part of many local city boards such as Palm Springs Sisters cities, secretary for Los Compadres Homeowners Association, board of realtors, event committee, fundraising for The Center, The food bank, Palm Springs Unified School District, hospitality committee, small hotels, Boys & Girls Club, Martha’s Village, the animal shelter, Modern Men, Transgender Health and Wellness Center, and many more.
David’s passion for Palm Springs extends to attracting innovative companies, and small businesses, fostering tourism growth, and enhancing the city’s infrastructure. His vision includes advocating for transportation rail services to Palm Springs, securing funding for crucial freeway interchanges, and ensuring the construction and completion of the West Valley College of the Desert campus located in District 4. This initiative will provide valuable educational opportunities for residents and contribute to the growth and development of not only our community but also our future leaders.
In addition, David is dedicated to promoting attainable housing initiatives and workforce development programs for the College of the Desert West Valley Campus in Palm Springs. By focusing on creating affordable housing options and fostering workforce skills training, David aims to support the local community’s growth and prosperity, ensuring that residents have access to quality housing and employment opportunities.
